I just feel so sad for your friend. I can't imagine how alone she must feel and you just abandoned her. Even I'm hurt on her behalf.

Also, really cool to see actual doctors who work with people like this and people personally affected by these things are being ignored and told they're stupid, ridiculous, sick, etc. I guess we all know better than they do. (sarcasm)
