I'm eager to see where this direction of education goes. I do see things that must be improved and addressed in online courses and certificate programs. In some fields, such as with graphic design, getting continual feedback and learning how to present your work is so important. I have yet to see online programs offer this in a valuable way. Here's hoping for continual innovation!
